The Review and Compliance Program in the State Historic Preservation Office was developed in response to the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and Chapter 138 of the Minnesota Historic Sites Act. The Program reviews several different kinds of projects, from rehabilitation/demolition of buildings and structures to construction of new residential/commercial developments and roads.
